Private Consultation
We begin with a confidential conversation, in person, by video, or over WhatsApp, to understand the piece you have in mind, the occasion, budget, and any heirloom materials you would like to incorporate.

Diamond & Gemstone Sourcing
As GIA Graduate Gemologists with global supplier relationships, we curate a short list of certified natural or lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones that match your brief, with full reports and pricing.

Design Concept & Approval
Our master goldsmith prepares hand sketches and CAD renders. We refine together until every proportion, profile, and finish detail meets your approval before any metal is cut.

Deposit & Production
A 50% deposit confirms the commission. Production begins in our Calgary or Johannesburg atelier, hand-built in 18K gold, PT950 platinum, or 925 sterling silver. Typical lead time is 4 to 8 weeks.

Quality Review
Before delivery, every piece is inspected for setting security, finish quality, and weight tolerances. A complimentary independent appraisal is prepared for your records and insurance.

Final Presentation
Your finished piece is presented in person at our private studio, or shipped fully insured and tracked to your door. Aftercare, sizing, and lifetime warranty support follow.
